Salmon

I made the best dish ever for dinner tonight. Maybe this will turn out to be a cooking blog? or maybe this entry just will be. I heated som olive oil, and then fried some garlic… then put a splash of white wine and white balsamic vinnegar, and then let it all cook down to a glaze. I then put a piece of salmon into the pan… and let that cook. After all was finished, it was the best meal I had had in a while.

UFO tonight… we’ll see how this is working out.
